Villa Elena is a luxury villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Villa Elena is an exclusive beachfront holiday villa overlooking the Mediterranean with fabulous seaviews, set in beautiful gardens with a heated 20 m pool, water cascades and perfect privacy! This unique holiday home located in the exclusive resort of Les Oliveres is first line to the sea with spectacular sea views. It is designed with charm and taste, perfect for a superior family holiday. The villa is located on 2,000 square feet of manicured private gardens and heated pool with automatic pool cover, wrap round teak decking and water cascades that activate every hour. The pool is classified for toddlers and adults, so there is 3 m of shallow water before it becomes standard depth at a maximum of 1.80 m. You can enjoy warm water from April to late November. The lawn runs down to a maritime path that brings you to beaches and playgrounds. Villa Elena is on three levels. There is an underground garage, storage, utilities and laundry service via automatic gates. On the first floor you have a spacious designer kitchen, dining area leading out to the patio, terrace table, sun terrace and pool, large living room leading to barbecue area with spectacular views of the gardens and the blue Mediterranean Sea. The first-class kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a fitted coffee machine that makes Latté and Espresso. The terrace has a large table perfect for al fresco dining, while the designated barbecue area also has its own table for your enjoyment. The living room featured white leather sofas, free Wi-Fi, TV and music system. The lounge also connects with the entrance foyer where you have a large bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor the master bedroom has unsuited bathroom with separate shower and bath enclosure, separate toilet and hand basin. It also has a walk-in wardrobe with wonderful access to the balcony with patio furniture and with those super views of the sea and mountains. The second bedroom on this floor provides a single bed and a double bed while the third bedroom provides additional twin beds with the option of requesting two extra beds if required. All together they are four bedrooms in total. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has automatic shutters, alarm system and two pedestrian access points. One at the end of the garden leading to the sea while the other to the street. The villa is also only 100 m from Les Oliveres 4-star hotel and Spa, so you're never far away from a relaxing drink or a soothing massage. All in all, luxurious accommodation with fabulous sea-views.

L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

We really enjoyed our stay i Villa Elena. Good service when we arrived a little late in the evening. In our family we are 6 adults and 3 kids (10, 5 and 2 years). The house was very nice, and the area felt safe. Super pool, but we also liked to be asee more
We really enjoyed our stay i Villa Elena. Good service when we arrived a little late in the evening. In our family we are 6 adults and 3 kids (10, 5 and 2 years). The house was very nice, and the area felt safe. Super pool, but we also liked to be at the beach with clean sand and water. Ampolla was quiet, but with nice restaurants. We will be happy to come back.

The house and garden were beautiful. The bathrooms were fresh! We enjoyed the garden furniture and had our breakfast and meals outside most days. The terrace upstairs with the sunset views was wonderful, perhaps there could be more seats there. We wesee more

We were happy about the good welcoming at catalan ways with cava surprise and also the tour of the house from the English speaking lady.

We had a wonderful holiday in the villa that had an amazing pool and garden, where we could enjoy ourselves and relax as we had hoped. The villa is very nice and spacious - so is the garage that holds two cars easily. We could walk down to a stony besee more
We had a wonderful holiday in the villa that had an amazing pool and garden, where we could enjoy ourselves and relax as we had hoped. The villa is very nice and spacious - so is the garage that holds two cars easily. We could walk down to a stony beach in 5 min and walk over to a lovely sandy beach in 15 min from the back garden. The walk is a tiny bit challenging but that wasn’t a problem for us. The people behind Catalan Ways were extremely helpful and we could feel that we were dealing with real people. We had a problem with some ants, which was taken care of right away. The town is also very nice with good restaurants.

Есть собственный мангал, уголь и свежие морепродукты в каждом магазине. Бассейн теплый и чистый, ухоженная территория. Задняя часть виллы выходит к морю. Пляж в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Место тихое, до ближайшего города L'Ampolla минут 10 на машине. Аквапарк в часе езды. Отдыхом остались очень довольны, персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый.

There were problems in the evening with the electric cutting out .the bath although very useful if you have you g children needs to be smaller with different fittings it is very hard to reach I over to the taps etc....

Très bon contact avec l’agence, à notre arrivée, il manquait quelques accessoires de cuisine que l’agence nous a acheté le jour même, donc très réactifs. La villa est très belle, très bien placée en hauteur d’une petite crique (prévoir des chaussures en plastique pour plus de confort pour la baignade), un restaurant dans la crique à 100m de la villa. Il faudrait juste mettre à jour les photos de la piscine car depuis, un système de couverture a été installé (normes de sécurité ?) en bout de piscine et coupe un peu la vue sur le jardin. Maison au calme dans un environnement pavillonaire.

We enjoyed our stay very much apart from the pool not being heated on arrival (the advertise of the house said it would be) We asked for it to be turned on and Catalan ways fixed it the same evening. However the pool cover did not work so we could’t see more
We enjoyed our stay very much apart from the pool not being heated on arrival (the advertise of the house said it would be) We asked for it to be turned on and Catalan ways fixed it the same evening. However the pool cover did not work so we could’t close it at night as Catalan ways told us to do to keep the pool warm during the colder nights. Someone was supposed to come the next morning but no one did and we did not hear anything from Catalan ways for the rest of our stay. This resulted in a really cold pool in the mornings and early day which we were very unhappy about. We could not use the pool as much as we would have liked. Most of us(5 adults, 2 children) also thought the beds were to hard. They could use an extra thin mattress on top of the regular one to make it less hard. The built in Coffee machine had old beans in it and we could not use it. These were the things we were dissatisfied with. The good things were that the house was beautiful, the kitchen worked fine for us to cook, all bedrooms were great and bathrooms too. We loved the garden and terrace very much. We also liked the location of the house and the beaches nearby.

Есть собственный подземный гараж и прачечная. Всем рекомендую.
