Apartamento Gerard is an apartment situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla.
This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches.
Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.
Cap Roig is quite unique even for the Costa Dorada. Cap Roig means Red Bay and the resort has a golden beach nestled between two red headlands of soaring cliffs. Just 3 km from the village, this unique suburb of l'Ampolla is protected by UNESCO.
Apartamento Gerard is just 300 m from Cap Roig beach and has a fabulous fenced garden of 150 m². Perfect for a family holiday, the apartment is spacious with three bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower and bath, an open plan living room with French and Spanish satellite channels and options in English. There is a fully equipped American kitchen and a super patio overlooking that great garden. Entry is through automatic gates to shaded, private parking. There is air-conditioning in every room so in a sense the apartment has the space and comfort of a private villa but comes at a fraction of the price.

We visited L'Ampolla for a family holiday last year. I have 3 children aged 3 - 12. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return again in the future. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a lovely welcome package including wine, cheese and some games for the children. Adrian and Eva were really helpful and organised a fantastic canoeing trip for my husband and 2 older children. The house itself is very comfortable, fully equipped and a short walk from a beautiful beach. There's a tasty and inexpensive restaurant at the end of the street though most evenings we had a bbq in our garden. The pool area was never busy and secure which was a relief with my runaway 3 year old! The town and supermarkets are a short drive away and there's plenty to do and see in the area. Finally, our balcony was a much appreciated hideaway in the evenings for a glass of wine admiring the views. Overall, it's a great location for a relaxing family holiday and it was refreshing to be away from the usual crowded resorts.

Llevamos muchos años veraneando en la Ampolla porque nos gusta, por eso repetimos.
La verdad que el apartamento esta muy bien y este año habia cosas que el año pasado no habia.
Pero por ejemplo la barbacoa se cae a trozos, los cojines de las amacasee more

Pero por ejemplo la barbacoa se cae a trozos, los cojines de las amacas y sillas de la terraza estaban muy sucios. La limpieza este año estaba mejor pero como siempre la ducha no tragaba y el lavavajillas estaba sin sal. Son cosas que no se ven pero que son necesarias. En general todo bien pero ya sabemos que no todo el mundo cuida las cosas ajenas como propias. |

Apartment Náutico is a duplex so-called because of its wonderful views from the rooftop terrace and pool area, right in the heart of l'Ampolla, a famous seafood destination located in the middle of the protected delta natural park. This spectacular luxury apartment with sweeping views of the harbour and the sea truly offers a privileged location and sumptuous accommodation. In fact the fabulous views are from from the kitchen, bedrooms, lounge, terrace, wherever you happen to be in this apartment.
